In case you haven’t heard, Google is apparently testing a new kind of mail service. It looks real to me, though many on the Web4Lib Electronic Discussion (DL SunSITE) list are debating whether this is an April fool’s joke. The consensus is that this is for real, but you cannot enroll in it yet: About Gmail.
