The first scene is so sweet because she’s so young learning about things she’s never heard of. The game gave me a rush it was so hot. The plot was perfect, no stupid made up crisis or repeated paragraphs. Just straight up good sexy writing.

I actually really loved this book. It was realistic and the characters were equal... not some cliched billionaire and virgin. Worth reading.

How, how, HOW does this book not have hundres of reviews?! Off The Clock was, hands down, one of the best written romance novels I have ever read. The chemistry between the lead characters was explosive, realistic, and out of this world hot. I loved the premise, I loved the mutual respect, I loved that the “traumatic past” trope wasn’t over done, I loved that both characters had their strengths and weaknesses but neither of them ever felt weak in any way. I loved the supporting characters and the setting. And have I mentioned how absurdly, ridiculously, unbelievably fantastic the sex scenes were? If you love to read romance/adult literature, then you’re used to sometimes sacrificing good writing for a good romance, but this book had it all. It will undoubtedly be a book I go back and re-read many times over.

I'm playing catch-up after a long vacation so this review is short. Off the Clock is hot and steamy. I loved the chemistry between Marin and Donovan. He's a hunk with secrets. She's also got secrets and is a very strong heroine. I couldn't put this down once I started it and I can't wait for the next book in this series. Roni Loren's books never disappoint. Shhh - don't tell anyone... I raved about this book so much that my husband read it (he never reads long books but likes short erotic stories) and he loved it, too.
