I highly recommend reading this book if you are a coach or have any sort of leadership role in your life.

Read your brief detail of book. It's wrong! Mike Smith did not leave before the Falcons had the two bad seasons.....it was after that and he was fired. I liked Mike smith and know he did great things for our team but you can't make that kind of mistake in your description.
