This is the second book of the New York Sullivan’s. Lone female in the family Suzanne Sullivan owns her own computer company and is out to make the world a better place. She is, in my language a brainiac. She has had a few mishaps at work, multiple hang ups on her phone and a few servers have crashed. Brother Alec convinces his brothers she needs a bodyguard. Enter Roman. Oh no, Suzanne is having none of this so she switches from her jeans and t’shirt every day dress to dresses and heels. She’s going to make Roman kiss her and then fire him. All the while Roman has an appreciation and attraction for a beautiful very capable woman. When Smith and Valentina announce their private, secret wedding at Summer Lake all four families of Sullivans head to the Adirondacks. Suzanne and Roman become friends along with a little yearning. After the wedding Suzanne is called back to NYC to her apartment on fire. Now staying with Roman at his place the fire between them heats up. Suzanne only sees her brain as her best and only asset. Roman only sees his past that will never allow a future he thinks he doesn’t deserve. These two become each others best friends and are there when the other needs some help. Suzanne tells Roman he is there for her issues with her family and she is there for his father’s issues. These two bring the best out of each other. Friends first as they don’t find a bed until the end of the book. And that was just perfect.

Words almost fail me in being able to express how in awe I am of Bella Andre and her talent for writing some of the best books I have EVER read. Her ability to tell a story so eloquently, so beautifully, with so much passion and love for what she does. Her capacity to draw a reader in and hold their attention is limitless. Her skill of putting the words together just so, to captivate any and everyone from beginning to end is breathtaking. She has been (since I first read one of her books) is now and always will be at the top of my list of favorite authors. Since I Fell For You is no exception. So beautifully written, I immediately fell in love with all the characters and was thrilled to be able to spend time with beloved ones from previous Sullivan books. This story is about a beautiful, stubborn woman that is being harassed through her company and the hot as heck, rugged bodyguard, hired by her overprotective brothers to keep her safe. She doesn't need him babysitting her and is rather quick to point this out to everyone within hearing range. But while being forced to spend time with him, those feelings change to wanting him around but not as a bodyguard. She wants him around for very personal, intimate reasons. Question is, how does he feel about her?

Another hit installment in the Sullivan family saga. How Bella keeps putting out sexy, emotional, fun stories about this family is beyond my comprehension, but , once again, she does not fail! Even if this is your first Sullivan story, you will enjoy this book!

I always loved the Sullivan series, and Since I Fell For You doesn't disappoint. I love what a "nerd" Suzanne is. Not only does she run her own company, but she's such a fun, strong heroine. It was awesome seeing a female in what I imagine is usually a male dominated career. Roman is a hot hero, who seems to be trying to escape his demons. His attempts at not falling for Suzanne were cute, but he didn't stand a chance. This was a bit different from most of the other Sullivan books, in that it has a bit of mystery thrown in. It added the perfect amount of drama to the story. And, of course, we got to catch up with some of our favorite previous couples, and meet a few new ones!! I would definitely recommend one clicking this read

I couldn't put this book down! I always plow on through them because I can't wait to see what happens next. Suzanne's story was such a good one, she was such a relatable character! Suzanne and Roman's love story was perfect! I can't wait to see what happens with Harry and Alec and Calvin in the coming books!! I guess I'll have to reread the entire series again to satiate myself before the new books come into fruition!
  • Great Addition to the Series!

Suzanne and Roman's love story is sweet, sexy and heartwarming. The attraction and chemistry between them is instant, yet believable. (Although they both try to fight it). I loved getting to catch up with the extended Sullivan relatives as well. While I enjoyed the book, I felt the storyline of the threat/danger to Suzanne was weak. I figured out who was behind it when the character was first introduced. That aside, I would definitely recommend it as a great addition to the series. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review
