Loved learning how NOT to eat 5-6 times per day and still be healthy. As someone who has hypothyroid and reactive hypoglycemia this book is life saving & changing! Blood sugar balance is no joke and can literally send your body into a complete frenzy. Having an actual useable guide to follow instead of being told just don't eat sugar makes this all seem very manageable.

For a book that touts science as a driving force, basic concepts such as glucose metabolism are incorrect. Per page 19, glycerol is metabolized to glucose. It's hard to take anything seriously after an error like that...
