Good book.

This book was hard to put down. It takes some time and focus to keep track of the different characters and their vantage points but it’s worth the effort. I would have never guessed the ending.

The story is told with 11 different people and although the mystery is fizzing, it’s hard to stay engaged and finish the story. It’s worth the read but not as consistently interesting as her other work.

Very confusing organization.

Twists and turns. Overall it kept me reading and trying to wrap up the story.

This book was entertaining and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Similar to other reviews, I too had difficulty keeping track of all the characters until the latter portion of Part 3 when I had begun to know them better, but until then, I needed to frequently backtrack to remind myself who everyone was and where their storyline left off. This is a good book, but if you enjoyed The Girl on the Train as much as I did, it’s best that you lower your expectations and judge it on its own merits.

Well developed characters. Deep and twisting plot that avoids cliches. Very well written. It was hard to put the book down.

Great read! Suspenseful with many surprises. Every time you think you know who did what you’re turned in a different direction.

Men being terrible to women, we already live through that everyday. I need more stories where the women win. The narrative was jumbled, too much hinting at but skipping over important events, dragging out the mysteries, revealing but never explaining. How did he get the bracelet!? What did she do with his body?!

Spoiler alert. First off, I loved the writing. The different characters and perspectives was unique. Y’all say it was confusing. I say it was great writing. It’s the little things that I notice that only that style of writing can capture. I loved this book. Not comparing to the girl on the train like so many other reviewers. Two different novels. This did not disappoint.
