Mediocre

I am a big golf fan who was very much compelled by the 2016 Ryder Cup, so this book, by an author I have enjoyed in the past. This one disappointed me. There is very little that justifies this being the "inside story" of the 2016 Ryder Cup, other than a few decent quotes and a couple of interesting tidbits about Tiger Woods, who chose not to be interviewed for the book. Feinstein has a tendency to try and take a quote or anecdote and make it seem like it's earth-shattering news, and it just doesn't work in this book, it's nothing more than a recap of a great event. If you don't love golf, it's definitely not worth our time; you're an avid golf fan, you may enjoy parts of it, but overall I'd say skip it.
