I loved this book!!! Jay was amazing ^_^. I loved the magic and the suspense. I loved all the different sides of Jay. Especially when he's with Matilda <3. They both had such tragic pasts. I loved how everything played out. I'm so glad i decided to read this book and can't wait to read more from this author. The writing was amazing.

This I must say was really great book from beginning to end. Jay was the most dedicated “hero.” He exuded such confidence yet humility at the same time. I must say “Watson” was a bit of a annoyance, with her open book character. I wish she was a bit more resistant to his charms... but as the book went on I believed this was the perfect pairing. A very exciting thrilling read, a Illusionist meets Law and Order feel. I enjoyed the theme behind the book how long the whole plan must of taken to be executed and the dedication it took to orchestrate it all was admiring and satisfying when the puzzle pieces all feel so perfectly into place. Matilda has such a great upbeat personality despite the horrors she suffered she a child, keeping a positive outlook on life never willing to give up. Witty humor and a strong will to resist temptation for as long as Matilda did while having a high hoped expectation of romance. Jay was enthralling! So captivating in his secrets and agenda’s always revealing a little at a time and giving good entertainment for the audience. A admiration of strength, for the trauma’s and abuse Jay suffered while in childhood and never losing his humanity is amazing. The romance was epic and sweet filled with swooning admiring moments the suspense before the big jump than the longing afterwards the ensured was exciting and frustrating. The supporting characters were fantastic, the villains being absolutely horrid with their karma being so just and satisfying. The friends of the main characters were so amusing with their moments of drama and humor and an unexpected but happy romance blooming was fun!
