Like the other books, this one too is reviting. However, the killer is not so easy to find.

The plot and writing is good. But why on earth are there so MANY word errors? Some actually change the meaning of the sentence the author is obviously trying to convey! Spell check won't catch these because the mistaken word is spelled correctly. You're blasting along reading, caught up in the action...then blam! Do they mean good? Or food?? Disconcerting - much!!
  • Another fun read

Enjoyed it as much as the rest of the series. Somewhat predictable and the typos are annoying but for a quick turn your mind off murder mystery it hits the spot.
  • Before He Sins......does author hate religion?

I've read all of the authors series. They are reliable thrillers, if not a little predictable. The predictability probably comes from having read them all. This book felt different, more personal and mean. Not everyone is religious, and that's fine, I respect that. What I didn't respect is what felt like the author going out of his way to turn every religious figure in this book into a sexual deviant. It had nothing to do with the eventual outcome, it was unnecessary and hard to read. Every religious leader is not a pediophile. Does it exist, yes. Has the Catholic Church botched its handling, absolutely. However, there are wonderful caring religious leaders that give of themselves every single day, where were they in this book? I'm so torn about continuing to read this authors work if something I hold so dear, my faith, is seen by him as organized child abuse . Going to have to think about that. This is a book you can skip!
