This book has helped me see a better version of me. Not only see, but be a better version of me. The simple advice she gives in this book solves not so simple problems or adversities. I’ve learned I can’t do it all, but there is no harm in trying as long as it affects me in a positive way. I recommend this book to anyone struggling with the faces of life, feeling lost, or just simply needed something to read.

The title of this book is so perfect because I literally felt like I was having a heart talk with myself. Every page I read I related too. Honestly every girl who ever feels like the way I have been feeling should definitely read this book. If your lost or anything it just really opens your mind for someone who is as selfless as me. It opened my eyes about myself my relationship with people and since I have finished it now I cant wait to take this and use it in my life. It’s definitely something you need if you ever feel lost about your own identity.

This book is so inspiring. Reading this book had made me realized that the most important love in life is self love. I’ve always practiced self love for so many years but this book also teaches you how to love others in the world by using the self love you have taught yourself to connect with others.
