You absolutely will not regret it. If you're on a healing journey this book opens up your eyes, makes you take accountability and you also see people for what they really are. I took something from each page. The first five minutes had me in my feelings. I loved it so much I'm also ordering a physical copy.

By far the most amazing a book about how to come to realization with how people treat you. When we are in a toxic relationship, we tend to not realize how poorly we are treated. And it’s also had to realize that pour significant other is in fact manipulating us. This book really open my eyes and is motivating me to do better for myself. Y

this book touches so delicately yet directly on all the topics the reader didn’t even see coming, but needs to hear. thoroughly enjoyed her tone and consistent message throughout.
