This book helped so much in my journey of healing

I just started it. I was sobbing on the ground whimpering w the thoughts of i cant believe this is what he thinks of me. Except. I am wise. I knew gaslighting. My husband is a lawyer. Thank you. Thank you its not me its inferior intelligence ability to deflect the distractions. His issues are deep and not mine. This book just saved my life💟☮️

I found this book helpful but there are a lot of editing errors which sometimes muddled the meaning of the content.
