This book was great but I feel like there was less of that tension and suspense/plot twists because it was the ending of a trilogy. The Wicked King had more of a shock factor, this one leaves you happy but did leave me feeling a bit unsatisfied (maybe from wanting to read more). For some reason, a happy ending doesn’t sit right with me for this series lol.

I cannot explain how much I love this series. I have grown to love Jude and Cardan so much. Honestly wish I gave myself more time to read the finale but it was too great to put down.

Fell in love with the characters. The will be in my top favorites for sure!

Holly just weaves magic, and I loved every bit of it.

The book went smoothly in the beginning like the other books in the series but towards the end it kinda got boring and repetitive to the point where I had to skip chapters to get to the point.

I thought my days of loving fairy tales were long behind me at 75, but this series of books has totally restored my imagination. What a surprise to fall into such a fully-realized fantasy. I want to stay here forever.

The best book in the series, loved it!!!
