This is one of those books you can't help swooning over the hero. Anders was amazing and the reason I enjoyed this book. A bull rider at the top of his game, Anders is not ready for settling down; not for at least another five years. He loves his life on the AEBR tour and the success he is having. Was Anders a ladies’ man? Yes, he was. But I wouldn't call him a womanizer at all. Anders had manners and consideration for others. He was an all-around good guy, loyal friend and a loving brother. Any success he received, he earned. And he couldn't wait to continue the ride he was experiencing. As you know, life isn't always what we expect or even want. When life throws a curve at Anders, without hesitation, he knows he is going to do the right thing. Anders is going to be a father and without a doubt, he will take care of his child. Anders wants to take care of his child's mother too. Tinsley isn't having any of that. For reasons that will reveal themselves to you as you read the book, Tinsley is not one to trust easily. She is independent and refuses to allow anyone to do anything for her. She doesn't want or need Ander's help and she tries very hard to push him away. And this is where I tell you that for me, Tinsley was not easy to like, even though I knew her reasons for wanting nothing from Anders. I won't get into the details of the book because that's a literary ride you'll want to experience for yourself, and make your own opinions. This author is one I have read a few times before. The pace of this book is steady and the writing style is one that I relate to. I should also say I love the way this author sets her scenes and gives us plenty of information regarding characters' occupations so we can continue reading with a steady flow and not have to stop and look things up. I was not only entertained with A Baby for the Texas Cowboy, I felt like I received a lesson in some aspects of the wine industry as well. All in all, a very enjoyable read. This book is part of a series giving us the stories of the Wolf brothers of Last Stand, Texas. I think the author gave a hint to what could be the next book, starring an ex-military hero. That is just a guess on my part but I hope it will be true. This is my honest and unbiased review. Thank you for taking the time to read it. :)
