Overall has a wonderful message but i felt this book could have been 4 chapters instead of 12. It was very repetitive and half of it was quotes saying the same thing. The message though is amazing and i will re-read its practices

I love audio books, although this audio book was impossible to listen to because of the background music. It was so disruptive, better buy the written word instead.

Tear for tear it’s exactly the restart I needed in how I think in my life. People told me to go to my happy place my whole life and I always got the wrong depiction of what the was. This be showed me where my happy place truly is.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, for writing this book. It certainly changed everything about how I look at life and will stay with me forever.

This is like a road map of how to live life to the fullest. If something is not quite working in your life than you definitely need to read this book....and than read it again

I loved this book. Really love reading her stuff and she really does open up possibilities and allows you to see that there are new ways of thinking and living our day to day lives. Really made me Aware of my negative emotions and thinking and because of this I choose to live happy and joyous everyday.
