This book is a cash grab. It’s insulting to the reading. It just uses “popular” jargon and slack and curse words to seem more related and it back fired. It feels like a real person didn’t write this book or that this isn’t their real personality. I’m upset I spent the money things I was going to get help and insight on panic disorders and I just had to read someone try to use slang from 2002 to feel “hip and cool”

I recently started having anxiety and panic attacks around 9 months ago and I had no idea how to handle it. Things I use to love like car rides, road trips, boating, even thunderstorms became things that filled me with anxiety, fear, and panic. I had no idea how to handle it and I ended up avoiding all of those things I had once enjoyed. I came across this book and l am so glad I did. Kelsey did a great job at explaining and validating what I was feeling. She also writes so many different ways on how to handle anxiety in a healthy way like breathing techniques, meditation, and how to explain to your loved ones the best way to help you during an episode. She really did a great job at making the book funny, informative, and personable. I highly recommend reading this book if you have anxiety or even know someone with anxiety. Thank you Kelsey!
