  • Lack an ending …

I was expecting so much more for the ending. The ending could have used more “happy ever after” and less trying to figure out how much Olivia and Leo loved each other.
  • Painful Read

Too repetitive. I don’t know about hating Olivia as much as I hate the Author’s lack of creativity for her character. I guess you have to be ling winded to write series novels.
  • Okay book inconsistent

Honestly I didn’t mind the book series until the end. There were some grammatical errors and towards the last two books were FULL of repetition, to the point I literally skipped full paragraphs because I got tired of reading the same line written differently for half the chapter. The first book ended on a cliffhanger and the last book had me wanting to smack the female lead. If you like the whole man bends over backwards even tho he doesn’t do anything that terrible and the woman is toxic and blames him for everything and calls him a liar even tho she has literally been lying to him since day one this book is for you. I was so angry during the last book that the ending just sent me over the edge. Not to mention the author forgot the scene she set for the last two books! I only gave it 3 stars because I loved the male lead.

The first to we’re good but Olivia ! Kept doing a double take in the third book she was mad at Leo for doing exactly what she was. Doing hiding things !!!!
  • Extremely repetitive

The repetitive arguments started getting annoying in book 2 and book 3 was painful to finish reading. I ended up hating Olivia’s character by book 3 and wished she and Leo didn’t work out. Props to the author for finishing writing this. I would have given up.

I absolutely enjoyed Leo & Olivia’s story even tho it took me on an emotional rollercoaster. It really was a great read
  • So many issues

I’m not going to get into the inconsistency in the timeline, those seem to have been addressed by prior comments. I will however get onto character issues. Never in my life have I hated a character more than I hate Olivia (and I read about a book a day, which also proves a point that it’s taken me weeks to finish this series) not once during the entire series did I root for Olivia, not once did I want her to get the man and the happy life. I was hoping I would like her more after some time passed but the longer this goes on the more I regret even spending the $3 it cost to read this nonsense. Olivia is a b**** plain and simple. Leo needs better, she deserves to live in her car. And I won’t be reading another novel by this author again. If all her characters are like this I’m not going to waste my time or money on it. As an author myself I can say without a doubt I learned something from this series, what not to do
  • I don’t like Olivia😂😂😂

I missed spelled her name on my first review. But I don’t like her Attitude and she has Anger Issues. This writer is very confusing, first Olivia is an only child then she has a sister that she want to call then she don’t have a sister....uuugghhh. Then Leo hires Samatha to replace Olivia, then as you get in the middle of the story she said that she had to go help Rebecca in the Accounting Office. So the writer forgot who she first said was replacing Olivia.....uuuggghhhh. I really don’t like this story at all. Who in their right mind would take in a stranger and plus let them work in the company. And how she going to get mad at him when she won’t tell him anything.
  • Sloppy storytelling

The timeline was way off from the days and events that occurred. Again, as I said in my review of book two, the story had errors. In book two, the woman they hired as head of accounting was named Samantha. In book three, her name was Rebecca. Her physical description was also different. Lastly, it was annoying that Leo kept referring to Olivia as “girl”. She was 26 years old. I will not be reading this author ever again.
