Read it straight through. Another fantastic book in the series.

The twist built up on the previous volume…, wasn’t. Though at least it does ease the transition into the revamped plot, and made the flow of the not-twist flow much smoother and more naturally than it used to. And the adjusted plot made excellent use of character slots left unused in the WN as well. Back there we only got to know something like four of the Eight Swords, whereas now we see all Eight (absentees has been shown in earlier volumes), all with at least some value to the plot. In all, the plot run parallel to the plot I expected coming in, but distinct enough to be enjoyed anew. Excellent work as usual. The worst thing about finishing a volume remains though : the wait for the next volume.
