My first book by this author. She is brilliant at dialogue and believable characters. I especially liked the mother in the story. A sharp funny tale of family.

This novel by far is the best work by Terry McMillian. The characters are so realistic and she makes you feel like you are part of the Price family. She brilliantly shifts from voice to voice it's amazing. It's definitely a must read!!

Too many point of views not smooth like her other ones

I laughed, I cried, I laughed, and I cried some more. I felt like a part of the Price family. Couldn't put it down. Loveed it!
