A disappointment from this author. The ending was abrupt and left me feeling cheated.

A quick jaunt into the lives of two of "us." what might happen if we let our guard down and allow ourselves & our loves to be free & happy.

I really enjoyed this book. I will go on to read more of her books. I just wish there had been a few more pages. I would love to know where the road lead. Did they go home, move to Ireland, how did the experience impact them after they left, what was the poetry he wrote, was it good? Yes, I got a bit caught up. Try it you will get hooked too.

As always her stories leave you something to think about, mainly life. A Week in Summer, brought to me how time passes and things can change and sometimes me miss the important part. Enjoyed this short story and looking forward to her next book, God willing.

Waste of reading time. Depressing. Disappointing from this writer.
