It provides the most practical guide for business ownership with integrity and competency in mind.

This book has such practical and immediately useful council and advise that by chapter 4 it made my top 10 list. Pair this with "Getting Things Done" and you will be in a position to succeed. Daily. It is now a few months after I started reading and digesting this book. It has so much practical application that works. Building my small business is going to take time, and now with some needed course corrections from this book, I am more excited than ever to build my team.

Great leadership philosophy and techniques. I have had the privet age of meeting with one of the Sr level staff members of Dave and the work environment is just as it's told here. Weather you already lead a team or organization or just starting, I suggest making this the cornerstone of your leadership team.

If you want to know step by step how to create a successful small business without the fluff, this book is the answer. One of the best I've ever read. This book has helped me turn my business from good to great!

This book has been very informational in developing leadership in any type of business or organization. I have found many useful ideas to help me with developing a set of skills to work with people for developing them as great leaders.

Apple should allow each person to give 6 stars to one book. If I could this would be my choice. I don't ever write reviews but I stumbled up on this when I was trying to gift this book to a friend. I saw a hater below me give it 1 star so I though I'd try and balance the truth.
