ELLETT, Justice: The mother of the children named above appeals from an order of the Juvenile Court which deprived her permanently of all parental rights to her children. The order was made after a hearing pursuant to Section 55-10-109(2), Utah Code Annotated 1953 (as amended 1973 Pocket Supplement).
