Audio clips are essential to learning music. In fact, this book is worthless without them. It claims I need to turn my iPad to landscape mode to access them, but it is already on landscape mode. While I love psaltic art, I can not recommend this book beyond a theoretical introduction to the subject.

This book is beautiful. If you want to learn Orthodox chant, this is the place to start. If you want access to the music of ancient Christianity, this will open that door. Bravo!
