Finally book 7 returns to the action that hooked me in book 1. On to book 8.

This is a fantastic addition to one of my all time favorite scifi series. This is an epic space opera worth the read and the reread. Do it!

It would make a fantastic SciFi mini-series!!!!

I've read all the spinward books, most within 3 days. This took over a month as it was soooo boring. The author simply rambled all over the place with little or no suspense in the entire novel.

Probably the best book in the series, it felt like a complete novel with lots of interesting back story to answer all those missing pieces.
