This book was very easy to read, understand and apply to daily life challenges. It provided spiritual perspectives and biblical references that I never recalled getting in other bible studies or sermons. I was proud to have read the book and I had lots of fun applying it in what used to be difficult situations with work, family and community. But now, my outlook is different, my prayers are different and my spirit remains calm. Such a peaceful way to live and love.

Pastor Evans and Crystal, thank you so much for coming together and writing this book! I feel like you two wrote this book just for me! I bought this book during the middle of my turmoil with my family, I turned to everything and everyone but God, that was my first mistake! I was desperate! So I bought your book :) and boy!! After the first few pages I felt so convicted about the things I had been doing that was not allowing our situation to become better. Right now I am only on chapter 6, but the thing that sticks with me the is phrase in the book where you talk about "not bringing yesterday into today and allowing it to ruin tomorrow", that one statement hit me deep Down, all the way down in my guy!!! That is now a phrase I keep in mind everyday, and no matter how bad yesterday was....well that was yesterday, today is a new day. With that mind set there has been so much more peace in my home! Thank you for that! I can't wait to complete reading the book, it is definitely opening my eyes to a lot! Once again, thank you both and I will see you on the pulpit on Sunday! I thank God that we found our way to OCBF!!!!
