A wonderful journey following Franklins life. Enjoyed seeing the conflict that brought the birthing of the United States of America through his eyes. He was a true national treasure!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It reminded me of the problems we still face as a nation, in government run by men and women who are self centered, power hungry and as self serving as King George III and Parliament, who wanted to control the people of America. Our freedom is fragile and we need to be reminded of what men like Franklin fought their entire lives to give us and preserve for us. We are a great nation at the precipice of faltering, and we need Franklinesk leadership to bring us back from the edge.
