The Biggest Ripples Yet
By Archeisse
First things first, error callout : not geist, but geas/geis (no t, geist is German, geis/geas is Old Gaelic).
So, a thing that jumps at me first is that this volume has probably the biggest deviation from the original WN script. Orphaned plot threads adopted, late-appearing plot points foreshadowed, some circumstances changed, and flashbacks becoming more coherent. All good changes IMO, the kind of thing that new readers can still enjoy, and old readers can wonder at.
Naturally, the main show for me is the sheer disconnect to common sense that Satou suffers from. It has to be seen to be believed.
And it seems like the author is really set on denying Satou his true love. Give us Chant Orb-chan you coward!
This volume is mostly low-intensity in comparison to the ones before. No big boss fight or anything.
Back to another long wait then….
