I love to cook so when I found this cookbook I was ready to try something new. With 20lbs to lose I figured the worst I could do was learn a few new dishes that were healthy for me and possibly lose a few pounds in the process so I bought the cookbook and went home to try it out. In. The first week I lost 6 lbs and in the second week I lost 4 more lbs! This really works! So I ran out and bought the diet book to learn more about this new way of eating to lose weight. Once I realized what the total concept was I lost 3 more lbs by the end of 28 days and haven't gained it back and that was 2 months ago! Love it and continue to practice it at least one week a month.
