Unexciting, dull, lots of tough talking, descriptions of how tough characters are with little to no action. oh, but the characters wear tough clothes !

I am 80 pages in and have no idea what this book is about. Nothing makes sense. There seems to be no story flow, just random chapters. Mr. Atkins is usually a good writer.
