    Don't waste your time and money buying this book. If you are looking for new information it isn't in here. Perhaps if you are severely overweight and inactive, you may find this book helpful. I was mainly wanting information on the "Interval Burst" workouts. When he gets to that section, he writes, "find some cardio activity that you can do..." I couldn't believe what I was reading. If you have no knowledge about diet and fitness, then this book would be helpful. If you are already active and food conscious, then you won't find anything new here. Looks like another attempt at nepotism to promote Jay's Bird Street Books. Surprised there wasn't a coupon for skin care in it.

    A clear copy of Dr. Oz’s Diet. Can’t believe I spent $12.99 for it. Also $2.99 for nothing. Don’t you have enough money without ripping off poor fat people. I’m sure this will never appear in the reviews. Thanks for the scam!

  • Not Just Another Diet Book!

    I have to say that I was really hesitant to purchase this book, thinking it was "just another diet book", and I certainly have enough of them! Dr Phil did all of the work with this book, right down to preparing the grocery list. It truly is a diet that you can live by, and not just go back to the old way of eating, once the weight is off. The thing that really surprised me the most about this book is that Dr Phil didn't miss discussing one thing! He covered everything! I think he did an amazing job in every way. I am very glad I purchased this, and really looking forward to jumping in and eating the right foods for life. I read the book in 24 hours because I was so eager to learn what I have been missing on succeeding at weight loss. I feel that I now have it, to be successful this time around!
