My deepest gratitude to the Ilona Andrews writing team. The Innkeeper series is my absolute favorite. The stories are intriguing and relatable. The books have a wonderful blend of action, romance, and suspense. I especially love how many of the main characters are thoughtful, kind, smart, funny, honorable, and well-mannered. So many of your other book series are also fantastic but this one has captured my heart.
This is such a great series!!!

This series is amazing !!! There isn’t one of these books that is bad, and I am truly not sure which one is my favorite.
That being said, this particular book was hilarious! I laughed so much because the mental pictures/visuals that Ilona & Gordon provided their readers were comedic gold. I mean, no one but this writing team could make space chickens comedic gold. This story was witty & very heart warming. It also had some slap stick moments that were seamlessly genius. I could see everything & everyone perfectly in my head.
The usual characters were so well written that it felt like I was visiting with old friends. Yet, it was the new characters that we were introduced that cinched it for me. I cared about them all instantly. The mysteries behind some of them made me want to go read the next book to see what was next, but I know that I can’t because it isn’t out yet. Even the bad guys were so interesting that I couldn’t wait to see what path this storyline would take them on.
Most definitely buy this book!!! You will not be disappointed.
Thank you, Ilona & Gordon for another perfect story. You keep my little world interesting and I can not wait to read the next book.
Happy Reading!!!

I waited to read this book, because its predecessor was too good. This story, then, was doomed to be a disappointment. It is not.
I’ve not even finished it and I’ve spent more time chortling gleefully throughout it than I have at any other book. I can’t even decide what my favorite line is. But I’m leaning toward the mosquito as air support. That sparked an outright guffaw from a combat veteran and native of Maine, where mosquito sizes start at xl. This is brilliant. Engaging. Funny. And as always with this writing duo, it has a depth which might seem at odds with the length and subject matter. This isn’t a standalone. But read the series, it’s worth whatever you pay to do so.
Great novella!

This was a great entry in this fabulous series! Other reviews complain about how short it was, but as it was marketed as a novella, that is to be expected.

It’s not a full book, but doesn’t pretend to be. Very satisfying for the shorter length. Anyone who
likes this series will enjoy.
Amazing

Another great installment! I see folks here giving it less stars because it’s a novella, 1/3 of a full length novel. Not reading the blurb properly isn’t an excuse to give this any less than the full five stars!
Unworthy effort

I have enjoyed this series but this was about a third of a book. I expect far more from this duo.
There is no support option anywhere in here!!! The book never downloaded

I can’t review the book because it never downloaded. It has been 3 hours and nothing.

I’m a huge Ilona Andrews fan across all their books and Universes. I actually read this as a serial on their website and loved every word. Space chicken, cooking shows, super-powered aliens, backstabbing relatives, touching moments, this novella has it all. Highly recommended!
Awesome!

This was another great installment to the “Sweep” series. This was a short story that tells us about the holiday “Treaty Stay”. Dina and Sean are trying to work together as a couple while getting guests at the inn during Treaty Stay. Dina is still recovering from death of the inn seed. Orro is fascinated by a food show. Sean is fixing the inn’s security. Plus Space chickens all these characters and more will delight any reader of the series. I would say you should read the series in order.
