Roland Pierre Angrand, as personal representative of his wifes estate, brings these consolidated appeals from two orders dismissing separate but identical actions in a medical malpractice wrongful death case. The grounds assigned were respectively that (a) the first complaint was prematurely filed prior to the expiration of the ninety-day screening and investigation period provided by section 768.57(3)(a), Florida Statutes (1987), and (b) the subsequently filed second complaint was barred by the statute of limitations.
