Illicit Desire

Female character-Harlow has mommy issues. She wants Beau. She allows him to have sex with her on repeat occasions even though he tells her it can't happen again. Raised in wealthy environment by a nanny and servers. Attends boarding school. She is a snotty socialite only concerned with her looks and designer clothes. Life is certainly easy for Harlow. When she needs a job she asks daddy and voila it's done. Everything served on a silver platter for Harlow. She is shallow and insecure. Male character-Beau works for Harlow's father. Beau is Harlow's savior against bullies growing up. Beau appears in the story periodically just to have sex with Harlow. Apparently he has done bad things that he regrets. Beau finally accepts a relationship with Harlow after finding out Harlow's father is going to die from cancer. The story begins with erotic sex and finishes the same way with no storyline. They hardly spend time together growing up and yet after years apart she still sleeps with him. I'm confused because Harlow has spent no time with Beau and yet she holds out to have sex with him when they see each other. There is no character development. This story is about the life of socialite teenagers living off there parents wealth by partying. Missing dialogue and development. The story introduces these characters and they begin shagging with no purpose to develop their character or build a relationship. I'm confused. She nonchalantly mentions her father does not have an honest business and has cancer. It's no big deal apparently, but was worth mentioning. Let's just throw some tragic elements into the story just so it's not just about sex. Poorly written and poorly plotted. Well let's throw in another plot twist and write about a girl who had a sex change to become a guy. How does this tie into the story? What is the story line? It's all over the place. This story is laughable and a waste of time. Glad is was part of the lust anthology because I would never purchase a story this bad on its own. Kasey breezes through the story leaving out all necessary details. There is no emotion in the words just words. Kasey must like using shock value to get your attention because she just blurts out random tragedies with no emotion. By the way I was married. By the way I killed a man with my bare hands. By the way I rescued a child sex slave.
