This story is about a little girl that moves into a new neighborhood and discovers that her neighbor may be a witch. All the neighborhood children are fearful of her. The adventure begins when the new girl decides that this is a mystery she wants to solve and sets out to find out exactly what is going on. Her curiosity leads her into a world she has never experienced before.
