The Griffin Sanctuary Volume 1 includes:

- The Phoenix Nest: After transferring to a vet apprenticeship, Charlotte encounters her first challenge and has to help a pair of phoenixes who won't get on and their single egg.
- The Kitsune Giggle: A lonely kitsune requires Charlotte's help, and she's determined to find a friend for the creatures.
